Special Financial Meeting

June 22, 2008

These minutes are not approved until accepted by the SASA Board Members at their next meeting. 

Present

Board Members: Vern Boomhover, John Cioffi, Tom Dukas, Dan Ellis, Candy Granger, Mike Ladd, Heather Lamothe, Jim Phelps, Tim Vallee, & Laura Wilson

John Cioffi called the meeting to order at 7pm.

1.      John Cioffi handed out a 2008-2009 budget proposal along with revenue projections. There was much discussion regarding the financial reports along with proposed 2008-2009 registration rates.  

2.      Tom Dukas made a motion to approve the 2008-2009 registration rates. Tim Vallee seconded. Motion passed 9-1, with Dan Ellis voting against. 

3.      Vern Boomhover thanked Heather for all the work she’s done for the Calcutta.

4.      Next meeting – July 13^th @ 7pm:

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15pm.
